Professional statement

Kyle Forrest is a psychotherapist in Seattle, WA. He often works with clients who feel like there may be something holding them back from the life they want; those who feel stuck or overwhelmed by changes they would like to make, but instead find themselves repeating old patterns.

Kyle helps clients work with the body and the mind, ensuring they are supported in exploring and bringing awareness to habits that are no longer working, loosening stuck, scary, or confusing places, and reconnecting to their natural energy, curiosity, and well being.

His practice combines Gestalt psychotherapy, an expertise in attachment, and over 10 years as a practicing Buddhist. Kyle has extensive experience working with the effects of childhood on current relationships with self and others. The work goes at the pace that works for each client and arises out of what is present in the moment.

Currently, Kyle is working remotely with all of his clients, and looks forward to connecting with you.
