Message to clients

Seeking support and finding the right therapist for you can be an extremely difficult and overwhelming journey, so my goal is to make that a little easier for you. I strive to create an accepting, safe space for you to explore and process any and every thing. Together we will create short and long-term goals, that you will be able to see and measure for yourself. However, I will also help you navigate and manage any of the mess we call "life" that happens along the way. If you are ready to put in the work and time to get yourself to where you want to be, then so am I, and I may be the right person for you. If I am not, I will seek to connect you with another counselor who may be a better fit. If you're ready to start your journey, I am here!
