Kyleigh (LMSW) is a person-centered psychotherapist in NYC, trained at Columbia University. With experience in private practices, residential treatment centers, and international non-profits, she blends trauma-informed, strengths-based strategies with cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and narrative therapy. Kyleigh collaborates with each client to identify their therapeutic goals and employs action-oriented, evidence-based practices to achieve them.

Specializing in anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, and grief, she works with teens, young adults, and adults. As a published author, she also addresses artist-related stress and career challenges, including perfectionism and imposter syndrome. Kyleigh develops a customized plan for each client that honors their unique history and preferences.

Her hope is for all clients to leave feeling understood, empowered, and equipped for their healing journey.

Message to clients

As a writer and storyteller, I believe that narratives hold immense power. What limiting stories have you told yourself? What has society made you believe? Together, we will unpack these questions and work to rewrite your narrative. I strive to create a nonjudgmental, trauma-informed, and warm space where you can gain clarity on the barriers in your life and learn how to address them. Therapy is a collaboration, and my goal is for you to feel safe, supported, and free to explore whatever is on your mind. In our sessions, you can expect compassion, active listening, and guidance as we navigate your thoughts and emotions. I believe that through this process, you can cultivate a greater understanding of yourself, build resilience, and empower yourself to create the life you envision.
