Kyra is a Licensed Therapist dedicated to helping individuals of all ages navigate life's challenges. With a Master’s degree in Social Work from California Baptist University, Kyra has worked with clients from diverse backgrounds, bringing a wealth of experience and understanding to her practice. She is passionate about supporting clients who are seeking personal growth, deeper self-awareness, and meaningful change in their lives.
Kyra’s therapeutic approach is rooted in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, strengths-based methods, and mindfulness. She believes that the foundation of effective therapy lies in a trusting and open relationship between therapist and client. Outside of her professional life, Kyra enjoys painting, running, and cooking, activities that allow her to express creativity, maintain physical well-being, and unwind. She also values quality time with family and friends, which helps her stay connected and grounded.
