La'Quesha has a full-time private practice online as well as in person (her physical office is located in Richmond CA). She works with individuals creating safe space to explore the impacts of Chronic Stress, Anxiety or Trauma. Distress shows up in many different ways. It can look like headaches, trouble sleeping, stomach aches, uncontrolled emotions/thoughts etc. It can also show up behaviorally. Some examples are: people pleasing, fear of judgement, perfectionism, low sex drive, isolation, inability to complete tasks and more. In your work, you will gain new insights and tools to overcome these roadblocks. You will learn to create a life that brings you a sense of safety, connection, contentment and joy.
