Ms. LaVonne Renno is a Licensed Professional Counselor, who offers remote therapy sessions. She works with both individuals over 18 and couples. Many of Ms. Renno's clients come in to address anxiety, life transitions, dating, self worth, trauma. Ms. Renno is trained in acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), person-centered, solution focused, and mindfulness, in which with her clients is used to examine present thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, in order to understand thinking patterns in order to shift them to healthier habits.. She has worked at Lutheran Social Services, where she worked for 5 years working with children, teens and families that had been through trauma. Outside of private practice, she is involved within a school district supporting social emotional health. During her free time she enjoys exploring the world with her twins as they hike, snorkel and learn about diverse cultures. . Remote therapy sessions are available most afternoon and evenings
