Message to clients

First of all, thank you for checking out my profile. I work hard to create space where you feel heard and supported. Finding a therapist can be overwhelming and beginning the process of relationship building can be scary. I do my best to make you feel supported, heard and safe to share what is important to you and impacting you. There might be times where I challenge you to look at something differently, but I'll do this with respect, acknowledging that you are the expert on you, and not me.

I named my private practice True North because I want to be there beside you to help empower you to live a life that is consistent with your values, hopes and dreams.
