Lauren is a psychotherapist providing warm, curious, collaborative therapy for adults in NYC. She utilizes an eclectic approach in care, helping her clients acquire tools to better understand their past and live more fully in the present. She utilizes a primary psychodynamic method integrated with relational and attachment approaches along with goal oriented, CBT utilization as needed. Lauren support's her client's to understand the root of their emotional pain, the needs and barriers that bring them into care, and how relationships, primarily early childhood dynamics impact their present lives.
