Dr. Lauren Gerardi is a Clinical Psychologist in New Jersey who works with clients on a wide range of issues, including anxiety, mood disorders, and trauma. Warm, empathetic, and friendly, Dr. Gerardi focuses on fostering an authentic, supportive environment where clients are able to practice introspection and better understand their own feelings, patterns, and behaviors.
Dr. Gerardi understands that therapy is not a one-size-fits-all endeavor, and enjoys integrating various modalities into treatment. That might include elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), as well as mindfulness practices when helpful.
Dr. Gerardi welcomes clients across the lifespan to her practice, located in Freehold, where she looks forward to meeting you.
