Engaging in the therapeutic process can have a meaningful impact on one's life and well-being. Therapy offers guidance and support in uncovering, understanding, and healing past wounds and can positively impact a persons way of viewing the world and interacting with others.

Lauren assists her clients in gaining awareness and insight, which can be invaluable in relationships and various aspects of a persons life. Lauren believes therapy can also provide a deeply reparative relationship and process.

Lauren’s approach is empathic, supportive, and non-judgmental, as well as direct. This can empower clients with greater self-awareness and choice.

Lauren’s approach is integrative- she views clients through a psychodynamic lens to better understand their ways of relating, while utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, as well as the concepts and theories around mindfulness practices. She also uses data from neuroscience when choosing techniques and helpful interventions for clients.

Lauren works with individuals facing struggles in interpersonal relationships, and assists clients with developing healthy boundaries. She has expertise in a range of presenting issues including anxiety, perfectionism, depression.

Lauren attended Lehigh University and earned a BA in psychology and Spanish, graduating magna cum laude. Lauren received a Masters in Clinical Social Work from Fordham’s Graduate School of Social Service. She has advanced training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, DBT, and in mindfulness.

Lauren works with children, teens, and adults.
