Lauren Martin is a Mental Health Associate Counselor (MHC-A) at Silvers Psychology & Wellness in Warwick, Rhode Island. Outside of session, Lauren is often found soaking up nature while walking, hiking, or swimming in the ocean, reading a novel or a book on holistic health, taking care of her jungle of plants, or spending time with the people she loves.
