Message to clients

In this life, it is easy to lose sight of who you are. We are lost in the stories we are told about who we are by our parents, family, friends, partners, and even social media. It is difficult to trust ourselves, hear our intuition, and remember our own inner dopeness. We keep making the same choices and having the same unfulfilling experiences.

Are you struggling to live authentically? Are you a teenager that is struggling with your identity, friends, or family and no one understands how to support you? Are you a parent whose teen is struggling or wants to learn how to have a better relationship with them? Are you struggling in relationship to yourself, family, or partner?

Healing starts here, and sometimes talking isn't enough. Together, we will rewrite negative scripts and experiences, clear blocked energy spaces, and learn better ways to communicate with yourself and others you face.

Trauma - Coping and healing after threatening or scary events, such as witnessing accidents or experiencing sexual, verbal, emotional, or physical abuse

Adolescent mental health - Working with adolescents, teenagers, and parents on social, academic, and/or emotional challenges throughout teenage years; addressing anxiety, family conflicts, peer relationships, school stress, transition to college, social media pressures, self-esteem, hopelessness about the future, emotional dysregulation

Family issues - Promoting communication and supporting family members to address challenges and reduce conflict and distress

Anxiety - Coping with excessive worry, nervousness, or stress; intense discomfort in social settings (social anxiety); sudden and intense feelings of panic (panic disorder)

Hypnotherapy - Utilizing a highly focused state of consciousness in which people are able to experience the world in a different way

Holistic Therapy - Holistic therapy is a type of therapy that address the “whole” person. This kind of therapy integrates spiritual, physical, mental, and emotional forms of well-being. Its goal is to help individuals develop a deeper understanding of themselves on all these levels. It uses evidence-based treatment and a holistic framework and is often tailored to the individual’s unique needs.
