She helps clients feel more like themselves and find more meaning out of their daily routines. She coaches parents who would like to enhance their co-parenting skills and helps blended families adjust to their new family structure.
Lauren earned her Master’s degree from Palo Alto University. She has extensive experience working with families in diverse environments. She is passionate about working with women, especially those who have ADHD and need a space to talk about their experiences.
