LeAnn has been a licensed therapist in North Carolina since 2011 and has twelve years of experience in a variety of therapeutic settings. She currently is accepting adults seeking teletherapy who reside in North Carolina. LeAnn utilizes a variety of resources including emotion-focused therapy, somatic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, attachment work, and mindfulness. Each of these interventions are personally tailored to the individuals strengths and goals in order to help you find your identity, self worth and healing.

LeAnn specializes in areas of anxiety, perinatal and women's health, spirituality and trauma, life transitions, and relationship conflict. She is an LGBTQ+ ally and open to all faiths.

Anxiety - Coping with excessive worry, nervousness, or stress; intense discomfort in social settings (social anxiety); sudden and intense feelings of panic (panic disorder)

Pregnancy, perinatal, postpartum mental health - Addressing issues specific to women and families during the pregnancy and postpartum period, including postpartum depression and anxiety

Identity development - Understanding, accepting, and strengthening one’s sense of self through the exploration of family, work, and personal values; addressing issues such as, race, class, gender, and sexual orientation, in the context of self experience

Attachment issues - Development of effective relational and communication skills; insight into family attachment patterns;fostering healthy family relationships.
