Licensed Master Social Worker, LMSW Practice: Resilience LabLeah practices therapy from a person-centered, trauma-informed, and anti-oppressive mindset that honors each client’s dynamic personal history, identity, and perspectives. Her approach is warm, empowering, and non-judgmental. Because of her background as a fine artist and yoga teacher, Leah is able to bring creativity, movement, vulnerability, and even humor into sessions.
Leah’s practice works closely with folks experiencing life transitions, the challenges of emerging adulthood, changing relationships, and low self-esteem. She also works with survivors of gender-based violence, complex trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, and PTSD. In their work with Leah, clients dig into their past experiences to get to the root of their struggles. Then, with Leah’s support, they’ll plant new seeds that lead to personal growth, a healthier connection with themselves, and more joy in every area of their lives.
