Lenore Reinhart is a Licensed Professional Counselor living in Alamosa Colorado. She welcomes adults and teenagers who have a desire for change and wholeness. Initially many clients seek counseling for support with anxiety, depression, loneliness or addiction concerns. What we experience through the therapeutic process is how contacting these painful patterns can become a direct path to our healing, to a larger sense of self and greater meaning in our lives. This then gives us the courage and freedom to connect more authentically in our relationships with others and ourselves. Lenore is deeply committed to working with individuals who are invested in making everlasting changes in their lives.
Lenore has extensive training in trauma informed care including EMDR, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, somatic reprocessing, mindfulness, transpersonal and Buddhist psychology. These approaches open one’s own potential for change, inner knowing and understanding. Lenore’s first approach is person centered believing the relationship between the client and therapist in its self brings about lasting change. Lenore brings, curiosity, empathy, and genuineness when working with client’s unique needs.
Lenore is devoted to assuring an inclusive, equitable, safe-haven for the LGBTQ community and their allies. Lenore is dedicated to her own personal growth and helping others reach their full potential. Lenore offers in person and remote therapy sessions, and welcomes the opportunity to get to know you.
