Lenore has extensive training in trauma informed care including EMDR, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, somatic reprocessing, mindfulness, transpersonal and Buddhist psychology. These approaches open one’s own potential for change, inner knowing and understanding. Lenore’s first approach is person centered believing the relationship between the client and therapist in its self brings about lasting change.
