After earning her Master’s Degree in Social Work, Lenore went on to study holistic nutrition and lifestyle medicine at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and also studied functional medicine to further understand the dynamic of mind-body connection as well as how we heal. As both a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, and National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, Lenore believes that all of the ways we nourish ourselves, through our thoughts, connection with others, nutrition, movement, being in nature, mindfulness, restful sleep, as well as the right kind of therapeutic support, helps create a dynamic of healing and wholeness for the body and soul.
