Therapy:

I'd like to take a moment and acknowledge your bravery and courage with taking the first step to becoming a stronger more resilient version of yourself! We are meant to heal, not suffer on a daily basis. My goal is to support you as the expert of your life. Together exploring and individualizing what works best for you. The quickest way to get a response from me is via text. I do not do single case agreements, only super bills. A client must first call their insurance beforehand to verify if they will accept a super bill to be compensated back. Initial therapy session is $245 for assessing & diagnostic purposes. Clients must be 18+.

My go to approach and theories are Solution-Focused, Client Centered, Psychodynamic, Reality, as well as C.B.T. (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy). I fluctuate between theories according to the situation, person, and issue(s). I also have a background in educational & school counseling and specialize working with school related stress & anxiety.

I support clients with finding meaning in their lives and taking the necessary steps to get there. I'm straightforward and honest with what you need to hear in order to grow as an individual. My goal is to empower you to take back control of YOUR life in order to have your needs met, resulting in being truly happy! (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator): ENTJ.

I am a 3rd generation intuitive healer, with the sole purpose and passion of uplifting and helping others heal. After focusing many years on my own healing, I am now ready to guide and help others heal similarly to myself through a myriad of avenues.
