Professional statement

As a licensed Master of Social Work from the Columbia University School of Social Work, I provide holistic, collaborative care that is rooted in an anti-oppressive and trauma informed framework. My training in social work as well as certifications in trauma informed care, mindfulness focused practices, somatic experiences with grief, and cognitive behavioral therapy for depression provides me with a way to support clients from a holistic perspective, centering client agency.

Message to clients

As someone who has first hand experience as a client and a therapist, I know personally how challenging, vulnerable and brave it can be to go to therapy. I know how powerful and impactful the support can be from a therapist with whom a client builds a strong therapeutic relationship with. I am eager to provide a holistic and collaborative approach to treatment that puts the client in the driver's seat of their own treatment. I am here to support you in unpacking your thoughts, feelings and behaviors and provide tools that support navigating somatic symptoms of mental health challenges.
