Lily Jaser came to the field of Psychotherapy with over ten years of experience in holistic health and mind-body healing. She is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of California. Lily is also a registered Yoga Instructor, a Reiki practitioner, and holds Master’s degrees in both Business and Holistic Counseling. Her Masters in Holistic Counseling degree from John F. Kennedy University includes a Somatic specialization. Lily has offered women’s psychotherapy groups, private and group yoga classes as well as experiential workshops. She offers both couples and individual counseling in her private practice. Lily also has experience in school-based child therapy and offers play therapy sessions for children K-5 and pre-teens.

Welcome. Whether you have been on a healing journey for many years or this is your first time considering therapy, I am honored to take some time to get to know you, share more about my work and see if we might be a good fit. For now, I can share with you that I got started in the healing profession long before becoming a therapist. I listened to that inner nudge- the one that encouraged me to go forward and eventually to go within. I learned that the only way out is oftentimes through and that getting through - the hardest challenges in life- do not have to be done alone. I aim to work to create a place of safety together, to support your intuitive knowing, your inner calling and to help you achieve your goals. I have training in Holistic, Somatic psychotherapy and use an integrative approach in the therapeutic process. I incorporate mindfulness and embodiment practices that are both accessible and transformational.
