Sessions are typically 50 minutes long and once a week. Depending on the nature of the work and progress on therapeutic goals, session length and frequency may be increased or decreased to accommodate each individual or family. Lindsay offers convenient evening and weekend hours. Sessions are currently taking place via Telehealth.
