Message to clients

On the outside you look like you are put together and can do it all, but inside you feel like a imposter and will never be good enough. You constantly come up with a list of all the things that you need to be better at, do better at. You fall last on your list because what happens if everyone else needs are not met? You're tired, broken, burnt out, OVER IT. That is where I would like to say to you, “NOT anymore”. It's time for a change.

Therapy is the place to come and be reminded of your worth. You want to be able to relax, enjoy life, and spend time being present with yourself. You are ready to quiet that inner critic and put your needs first. To be held appropriately with empathy, safety, and patience. To feel heard and cared for.

Creating space for your needs in therapy allows there to be connection and healing. I have the ability to see clients in person at the office or virtually through my online platform. I encourage you to reach out with your needs and allow the healing to begin either for you or for a loved one.
