Message to clients

It can seem like a daunting task to take the first step to reach out for therapy, and I am always impressed when people do that. In addition to that very important first step, your relationship with your therapist is also incredibly important – to feel understood, and feel like this is someone you can work with. That is ultimately the core of a healthy, working relationship, and I am more than happy to work with you to ensure you feel that level of comfort with me, or with someone else.
