Message to clients

Taking the first step to engage in therapy can be overwhelming and stressful. Finding a therapist with whom you feel comfortable, can trust and share openly can be equally as challenging. My main goal for each client is to feel safe and supported in each and every session. I listen to each client's needs and reasons for seeking treatment and we work together to develop treatment goals. My mission is to help each client on their journey to healing and to support and encourage healthy minds, healthy bodies and healthy hearts.
