Message to clients

In my work I am often blown away by the courage my clients bring to the room. Looking within ourselves can sometimes feel scary and overwhelming. The good news is that you don't need to go at it alone. As a trained clinician, I am honored that my clients allow me to be a part of their process and learn about the inner workings of their minds.

Congrats on taking the first step to seek out a therapist. Please don't hesitate to reach out to me so that we can determine whether I can be of help to you or whether I can help guide you to the right person. I’d be glad to hold your hand as you begin this journey.
