Dr. Lisa Rosequist is a Psychologist located in Palo Alto, CA. Dr. Rosequist has experience in working with children who experience the symptoms of ADHD, anxiety, or depression. She has experience working with those who have traumatic brain injuries or learning disabilities. Dr. Rosequist also works with adults who would like to undergo personal growth, whether that’s in pursuit of healthier relationships or professional success. She enjoys working with leaders who would like to better understand their decision making processes and their communication styles.
Dr. Rosequist begins each relationship with a client through a thorough assessment and evaluation. She gets to know those she works with, asking questions about their backgrounds, current support systems, and any symptoms they have. Clients talk about their personal goals and what they would like to see out of therapy, and Dr. Rosequist then helps them achieve those goals. As an executive coach, Dr. Rosequist helps clients see their impacts on individuals and groups, adjusting their behaviors and relational patterns to better align to their goals or values.
Dr. Rosequist earned a PhD in Psychology from the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology. She completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of California Davis Medical Center in the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Her background is in brain injury recovery, however she’s shifted into working with businesspeople, athletes, and doctors to help them enhance their performance.
