Professional statement

Lucy is a highly skilled and experienced licensed clinical social worker located in San Francisco, CA who works with clients remotely throughout the state of California.

Lucy specializes in helping women who are experiencing feelings of anxiety, overwhelm, depression, and/or trauma-related symptoms.

Lucy doesn’t believe in a one-sized fit approach to healing. Therefore, she creates specifically curated treatment plans for each of her clients depending on their goals, so they can experience the deepest levels of transformation possible. (Lucy specializes in EMDR Therapy, as she finds it's the most effective modality to heal the root cause of one's anxiety, depressive, and trauma-related symptoms).

Lucy also brings a holistic approach to mental health, encouraging her clients to consider their mind, body, and spirit as they progress through their personal development journey.

Clients find a safe, warm space in session with Lucy to express their feelings, to be supported and guided.

Message to clients

Are you a woman who's been to therapy before, has gained valuable insights, but now ready for a deeper level of change to address aspects of your life that are no longer working for you? Perhaps old patterns and triggers are re-surfacing, and you're ready to be more intentional about healing them for good. If you're ready to create actual change in your life, I'd love to support you.

Through therapy, you will heal old patterns and traumas, experience freedom from current relationship triggers, feel more connected to your authenticity, deepen your self-expression, and step into the 'you' that you've always envisioned becoming.

I always tailor my sessions to meet your specific needs. However, EMDR Therapy is a modality I use often in my practice as it proves highly effective in addressing the underlying causes of anxiety, depression, and trauma-related symptoms. I also integrate holistic tools such as: The Enneagram, Human Design, and The 5 Personality Patterns.

Finding the "right fit" therapist might seem like searching for a needle in a haystack. I completely understand, because I've been there too. I offer a 20-minute phone/video session for us to connect. This way, you can get a sense of my approach, ask me any questions you have, and together, we can determine if it's the right fit for what you're looking for!
