Are you sick and tired of feeling stuck, anxious, and unhappy? You're not alone. My name is Luisa and I specialize in helping couples and individuals who are struggling with these same issues. When my clients first come to me, they typically feel overwhelmed or uncertain about how to deal. Our work together brings a greater sense of confidence and clarity about how to move forward in their lives. My bi-cultural upbringing shaped my unique perspective and gave me a deep understanding of how cultural and identity issues impact an individual.

Using an integrative heart-mind-body approach, I help clients reach their unique goals, which often include things like better relationships, improved self-esteem, and a more fulfilling career. My work is rooted in curiosity, compassion, and a deep understanding of the human psyche.
