Professional statement

As a licensed therapist, I am committed to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with compassion, respect, and a non-judgmental approach. I believe that every person has a unique story, and my goal is to provide a safe and supportive environment where we can explore your experiences, emotions, and goals. As a bilingual therapist, I provide services in both English and Spanish, ensuring that language is not a barrier to receiving quality care.

I specialize in working with clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, personality disorders, and life transitions. I also have a special interest in supporting individuals who suffer from persistent mental health disorders such as Schizophrenia. Using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed care, I tailor my techniques to meet your specific needs. Together, we will work towards understanding the patterns in your life that are causing distress and develop practical strategies to create meaningful change.

Message to clients

Taking the first step in seeking help is courageous, and I would be honored to walk with you on this path. Let's work together to help you live a more fulfilling and balanced life.

Therapy is a collaborative process, and I view my role as a guide on your journey toward self-awareness, growth, and healing. Whether you’re seeking to overcome emotional hurdles, improve relationships, or simply gain a deeper understanding of yourself, I am here to support you every step of the way.
