Message to clients

Initiating psychotherapy is a big step and you want to find the right person. In our first meeting, I invite a frank discussion about what you're looking for in a psychotherapist. If I'm not the right fit, I'd be happy to help you find someone who is.

For 20 years, I have helped people through difficult life transitions and make positive changes in their lives. Psychotherapy can be an incredible experience that supports you during a hard time or helps you change a life-long pattern. As a client, the most important thing to look for is a relationship that feels like a good fit for you. I work with adults who are depressed, anxious, going through life transitions (perinatal, divorce, job loss), have difficult interpersonal relationships or struggle with substance abuse.
