Message to clients

I draw flexibly from training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and mindfulness. I work with each client to create a treatment plan that addresses each person’s unique needs. My style is straight-forward, genuine, and change-oriented while also being compassionate, non-judgmental, and emotionally-engaged. I approach each patient's individual cultural experience from a place of curiosity and collaboration. I seek to integrate each individual's lived experience within a CBT/DBT framework in order to help each person build an authentic life worth living.
