Professional statement

Do you struggle with "people pleasing" patterns, codependency, or empathy fatigue and want to find empowering ways to set compassionate boundaries in your relationships and within yourself? Are you suffering from past traumas, including religious trauma, that have left you feeling confused, helpless, or doubting your self-worth? If any of this resonates and you wish to explore a new pathway forward, let's talk. I help clients ages 28-55 reconnect to their purpose and access their full potential using a spiritually holistic approach.

As a licensed psychotherapist, certified heart-centered hypnotherapist, teacher, and coach, I help people build the necessary conditions to allow their most authentic Self to shine. I use a blended approach of Jungian, consciousness, heart-centered, and transpersonal therapies to help clients hear the "whispers of their soul" and move beyond the "blocks."

My passion is working with motivated clients who want to gain a new perspective on present challenges and explore their spirituality. I have 10+ years experience and specialize in "healing the healer." I offer therapy, archetypal consultation, transpersonal coaching, and heart-centered hypnotherapy.

As a seasoned Telehealth provider, I offer remote sessions from the privacy and convenience of your home.

If you'd like to explore the possibility of working together, you can complete your confidential intake screening by visiting my website (Third Realm Integration - click the "intake process" tab). You can book a free consultation call by visiting my Zencare call calendar.

Message to clients

Welcome, and thank you for your message. I am grateful you have reached out!

If you'd like to explore the possibility of working together, you can complete your confidential intake screening by visiting my website (Third Realm Integration - click the "intake process" tab). You can also book a free consultation call by visiting my Zencare call calendar and choosing any of the available time slots.

During our initial consultation call, we will discuss what brings you to therapy and some of the things you'd like to work on with my support. I'll also share a bit about my approach and what you can expect in our work together. If it feels like the right fit, we can then proceed with next steps.
