Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, LMFT Specialties • Insurance & Fees • LocationsYou are so done with having to drag yourself out of bed, drinking 10 cups of coffee just to feel something, and giving self-inflicted pep talks that don't friggin' work!
Maybe your friends and family don't even notice and they think you're doing GREAT! In reality it’s a struggle to keep it together. You’re white knuckling it and somehow managing to save face.
What if life could be gentler and more stable? What if you didn’t have to feel on edge or down and out all the damn time? What if you could feel more connected to the people you care about?
If you’ve made it here, you’re ready to work through what’s bothering you so that life can feel less painful. Whether you’re going through trauma, anxiety, depression, or relationship issues you’re in the right place.
When we experience hurts in the past or even now, we can get stuck. A collection of hurtful experiences can have compounding effects, like changes in your mood, such as anxiety or depression. These experiences can also form unhelpful patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving. And often enough, some of that chaos going on inside spills into our relationships.
In sessions we’ll use fancy techniques like EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and more to take down the intensity of what you’ve been feeling so you can experience yourself as more grounded. We’ll use those therapies and some dark, sarcastic humor too - you know, that stuff that other people look at you sideways for. It’s welcomed here in the therapy room! Together we’ll work to bring your mind and the things you do into alignment with your goals.
The next thing you know you'll be handling challenges with more ease, be able to respond instead of reacting, and experience more joy in your life.

Relationship issues - Understanding one’s wants and needs in relationships; exploring patterns of interaction, addressing concerns, and strengthening satisfaction in relationships and dating
Stress management - Strengthening effective ways of coping with the stress of life and change; managing expectations of self and others
Trauma - Coping and healing after threatening or scary events, such as witnessing accidents or experiencing sexual, verbal, emotional, or physical abuse
