Message to clients

I believe that we can begin to heal and know ourselves more fully when we are in the presence of someone who is really trying to understand us. Through our work we will explore who you are, where you have been, and where you would like to see yourself go. Our work is to process through experiences and feelings that may have gotten in the way of feeling like you can move forward in some way. We will do this at a pace that feels manageable, as moving too quickly can often have the opposite effects of what we are hoping for.

In this work it is important to know that it is not a quick fix, and we can expect to work together for more than 1 year.
