Licensed Master Social Worker, LMSW Practice: Resilience LabMaggie works with young adults and couples using evidence-based techniques and a warm, empathetic approach. With a solid foundation of DBT experience and a variety of other techniques, Maggie takes a structured, action-oriented approach to treatment by setting and meeting goals while staying responsive to clients' needs in the moment. Sometimes that looks like creating space for "venting" or celebrating self-expression. By collaborating with her clients, Maggie ensures that every individual has a designated hour each week to get what they need
Maggie specializes in the intense emotions that come with anxiety, depression, and personality disorders. She is also passionate about addressing general life dissatisfaction with clients so they can move from just existing to really living. Her intensive training has prepared her to work with clients who are either actively in distress or simply facing mundane issues that come up with life’s everyday challenges. No matter what, her clients know they can rely on her non-judgmental approach to reground.
