Years of Experience: 11 years
Life coaching - Identifying goals, creating strategies to achieve them, and providing support and accountability to help individuals stay on track. I utilize a spiritual approach to coaching as well and support individuals with accessing their inner wisdom and trusting their own intuition.
Life transitions - Coping with difficult or impactful life changes, such as moving to a new area, relationship transitions, child rearing, or career changes; learning self-care to better manage resulting stress
Spirituality - Exploring beliefs and practices related to meaning, existence, and spiritual health and healing; enjoying a deeper felt connection with the spiritual dimension of one's life. I often speak about spirituality in terms of the Universe and our connection to ourselves and the connection to something larger than ourselves. I work with clients to explore what their unique sense of spirituality means to them.
Anxiety - Coping with excessive worry, nervousness, or stress; intense discomfort in social settings
Existential challenges - Questioning purpose, spirituality, existence; finding one’s path and voice, especially when it differs from society's expectations
Self-esteem - Cultivate stronger sense of self; increase assertiveness, confidence, and self-compassion
