Finding the right therapist for you can be a tough process, that is why I offer a free video or phone consultation where we can chat and get to know each other a little better so that you can feel comfortable about moving forward with therapy. My number 1 priority is that you find a safe place to talk and work on the things that matter most to you. I also care that you are getting results along the way.
