Mara earned her Master’s degree in Social Work from Florida International University. She has additional certification in Internal Family Systems, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, Breathwork Healing, and Jungian Sandtray Therapy. Her intentional, reflective approach to therapy leaves clients feeling more in-touch with their minds and bodies and empowers them to move past their emotional pain.
