Professional statement

Hello, I’m Marc. I believe in the beauty and wonder of humanity. We are an incredible species who are able to create and lead extraordinary lives. However, along the way we can be derailed from our journey by adverse experiences. This can come in the form of challenging relationships, unexpected tragedies, reflections about our families, internal conflicts, or new self realizations.

However, being shaken or knocked down is not the end of the story. Humans are resilient, and we have an innate ability to get back up and reconnect with our true selves. Sometimes we can do it alone and other times we need the help of others. If you need help, I am honored to step in and partner with you to address your situation. Together we will work with your individual experience to find ways that support your healing, and help you to repair your circumstances.

I am integrative in my approach, adapting to your unique healing experience. Often I use trauma informed practices involving body awareness, mindfulness, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), inner child work, and creating a safe place for you to be seen and heard in.

I work 100% remotely, which allows me connect with individual all across Colorado, from the location they feel safest to meet. This could be on their couch near their dog, in their office, back porch, or wherever they feel comfortable.

Message to clients

Asking for help in life can be incredibly difficult and uncomfortable. So I commend you for just teasing out the idea by getting on this website. I encourage you to trust your instincts and reach out to people who resonate with you. Therapy is a vulnerable experience, and it is critical that you feel safe in the presence of your counselor. I wish you well as you find someone who fits with you.

If you would like to speak with me to share some of your story and ask me questions, I am happy to set up a complimentary Zoom consultation with you. I look forward to speaking with you.
