Marcia Williams is a licensed therapist and narcissistic abuse recovery coach. With over 21 years of experience as a licensed therapist (and a survivor of a 30-year marriage to a narcissist), I specialize in helping individuals heal from the emotional exhaustion, confusion, and isolation that comes with narcissistic abuse.
Whether you're still in the relationship, trying to co-parent with a toxic ex, or navigating life after leaving, I create a space where survivors can reconnect with their truth, rebuild self-worth, and feel safe in their own bodies again.
My practice blends clinical expertise with lived experience. Clients often say they feel deeply seen and empowered in our sessions — because I’ve been where you are, and I’ve walked the healing journey too.
As the founder and CEO of Passage to Peace, LLC, Marcia offers therapeutic services through her private practice, providing individual, couples, and group therapy. Her approach combines warmth and humor, offering clients validation and motivation for change while teaching self-exploration and coping skills to navigate toxic relationships and heal from trauma.
Marcia is also the creator of the Passage to Peace Narcissistic Abuse Transformation Program, designed to help survivors of narcissistic abuse find and protect their peace. She draws from personal experience, having been married to a narcissist for 30 years before her divorce, and is the author of "Groomed: Life Married to a Narcissist and How I Overcame Narcissistic Abuse."
Please Note: I am currently accepting a limited number of new clients and prioritizing those who are interested in transitioning to self-pay for more flexibility, deeper work, and personalized care. Superbills available upon request.
