I provide individual therapy to ages 12-59, particularly young adults, adolescents and young parents. My specialities include: anxiety and overthinking, improving self esteem, emotional awareness, parenting related stress, depression, lack of motivation and life transitions. I am trained in EFT for individuals, CRAFT (Community Reinforcement Approach to Family Training) and Circle of Security Parenting (COSP). I also offer CRAFT group therapy, which helps you build skills to engage your loved one in treatment for their addiction.

My focus is on you, building a safe and trusting relationship. I'm here to help you put yourself first and work through the challenges of everyday life.
