Marie Stokey is a mental health therapist who is seeing clients remotely for weekly 50 minute sessions. She works with many clients in the adolescent through adult ages. She loves to work with clients who have had various traumatic events happen to them and help clients to feel empowered to heal from their trauma or life changes they are experiencing.

Message to clients

Everyone feels stuck at some point in their life. This can be a frustrating, depression, anxiety inducing process when mental health declines. My goal is to give you tools to feel empowered to intentionally create the life you are wanting to live. This can be done through collaboration of various therapy tools such as EMDR. EMR is a process that can help you think about an event that previously made you feel emotional in some way and make it so you can let go of the negative emotions associated with those negative events in your life. I work with clients typically once a week for 50 minute sessions. I am happy to discuss your goals with you so that you can intentionally create the life you most want to live!
