Message to clients

Hi and welcome! Thank you for taking the brave first step of seeking therapy.

As a therapist, my approach is warm, welcoming, and non-judgmental. I aim to create a space where you can feel understood and accepted. I believe in the importance of fostering a collaborative therapeutic relationship where we work together towards enhancing your overall wellbeing. Whether you're facing challenges related to relationships, career, or personal growth, I'm here to provide support and help you achieve your goals.

My graduate level training and experience in private practice have provided me with a variety of skills and techniques, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which I will personalize and incorporate into our work together. My goal is to help clients to better understand their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and ultimately develop coping strategies to navigate whatever challenges they might be facing.

I understand the importance of the therapeutic relationship and finding the right match. If my approach sounds like it might be a good fit for you, I encourage you to take the next step and reach out to our intake coordinator. Let them know you saw my profile, and schedule a free consultation call to answer any further questions. I hope to connect with you soon!
