Dr. Alert is passionate about serving professionals in high-stress industries, recognizing the unique demands of their fast-paced lives.

Dr. Alert provides personalized support that is rooted in evidence-based treatments like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to ensure the highest quality of care and optimal outcomes for her clients. Dr. Alert holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Dartmouth College and earned her doctoral degree in clinical psychology from the University of Miami. Her predoctoral and postdoctoral training took place at the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University and Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, respectively.

Beyond her clinical work, Dr. Alert extends her impact by serving as a workplace wellness consultant who creates solutions to foster healthier and happier work environments. When she’s not working, you can find her exploring new countries, cities, and restaurants.
