I have an eclectic style, drawing on a variety of strength based techniques such as CBT, emotional regulation, and relaxation techniques. I have a warm, engaging style and my approach is collaborative, practical and solution focused. I approach each session with the understanding that the individual is the expert on themselves and that they bring a unique set of needs, goals and strengths. My belief is that my role is to help empower and guide each individual to see their potential and get “unstuck” from patterns that have not and are not working for them.
