Message to clients

Therapy can help alleviate confusion and hardships only when the client and therapist are a good match and work well together. There are many ways to talk about problems and to find relief, but that will look different for every individual. When the client and therapist are a good fit, therapy will provide a safe space for the client to express their concerns and thoughts about all that matters to them, big and small.

I strive to provide tailored care for you in a manner that is understanding, respectful, and professional. I know that problems weigh on different people differently, and tailor my approach to fit my client's needs. I listen to my clients deeply and conduct myself in a way that is collaborative and creates a space for you to have an active role, and voice in the session.

My sessions are generally held weekly for a duration of 50 minutes. The length of sessions may be longer if there are family members or loved ones attending.
