His passion for music, science, art, and technology plays an important role in his overall mental health and helps to inform my therapeutic practice, where he often works with creatives, artists, and musicians. Martin can help guide your inner creative to help overcome problems, process through challenges and past trauma, and break through motivational barriers. In times when creativity can feel impossible, therapy offers a way to light a fire under your talent and pursue your dreams and creativity from a place of compassion, determination, and commitment.
There is little doubt that creativity and psychological health are intimately connected. He specializes in several therapeutic techniques, including talk therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness practices, among others. He is thrilled to also offer Brainspotting and EMDR therapy, two clinically proven therapeutic models that can help reduce performance anxiety, fear, depression, and assist with working through past trauma.

Social anxiety - Helping clients increase confidence and ability to interact with others amidst fear of being judged, worry about embarrassment, or concern about offending others
Climate anxiety - Coping with the unique stress created by climate change, including managing any overwhelming feelings of impending disaster and finding outlets for advocacy
Worry - Learning how worry shows up in one’s life and exploring how worry impacts daily life, relationships, and wellbeing; developing coping skills to mitigate the impacts of worry
