Marsha McDonald
She/Her/Hers
Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSWShe/Her/Hers
Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSWMarsha McDonald is a licensed clinical social worker in Georgia. Her practice helps women and young adults deal with various issues such as anxiety, depression, and relationship issues, to name a few. She is here to support you on your journey to living a more authentic life, creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can tell your story.
Marsha understands that life can be difficult. We all experience times of feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, hopeless, or fearful, and often believe seeking help is a sign of weakness. However, it is struggling alone that allows us to remain weak. We can only move in a different direction by taking action. Without action, you will miss living your best life.
In Marsha's private practice, she wants to provide a safe place for women to be heard, valued, and supported. Being a therapist allows her to center her engagements and conversations around empathy and compassion while keeping her clients accountable, empowered, and inspired to live a well-balanced, authentic life.
Marsha's approach is practical and solution-focused. She sees therapy as a collaboration between the therapist and the client. As you work together in therapy, you will gain the confidence in yourself to live a meaningful life.
Marsha works with women experiencing emotional and psychological issues related to reproductive health, including infertility, postpartum depression ( perinatal mood and anxiety disorders), pregnancy, and infant loss.
