Marva has an integrative approach, where different types of counseling methods are utilized to help others help themselves with Meditation, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Play Therapy and Client Centered approaches. Marva is very experienced in Telehealth and group therapy facilitation.
