Message to clients

It can be challenging to begin therapy, as often we worry that others will judge us or criticize us. I am here to be an additional member of your support system. I aim to assist you with overcoming your concerns using a compassionate and nonjudgmental approach. In our first session together, we will discuss what brought you to therapy, what you are hoping to get out of therapy, the frequency of our meetings, and what we will be working on together. Therapy is a collaborative process and I would love to know what works and what does not work for you so we can use our time together efficiently.
